Designed Primarily For:
Separating solids out of Cooling Tower basins using strategically placed LAKOS Hydroboosters, these systems prevent solids accumulation in the basin and combat conditions that breed harmful bacteria, such as Legionella (Legionnaires disease). The TowerCleanPLUS offers additional side stream filtration as fine as .35 micron. For applications where finer filtration down to .35 microns is NOT needed, refer to a TowerClean system.

Selecting the Right Model:
Proper selection of these products involves determining the size of the tower basin and then matching it with the model designed to clean that size basin. As a general rule, select flow rate based on 1 US gpm per square foot of basin area.

Description:
A packaged system using ILB, HTH, and HTX separators and also including a pump, strainer, Solids Recovery Vessel, and other components assembled on a steel skid. PLUS systems also include a Cleanable Cartridge Filter. For side stream applications, refer to the SideStreamClean or SideStreamCleanPLUS systems.
